The big news:  The California Legislature ‘believes’ they have reached an agreement to end the California Budget stalemate.
Before you break out the bubbly, know this: it is not clear if the Governor will support this latest proposal.  No specific details have been released, according to School Innovations & Advocacy, although everyone was pretty optimistic [...]
